New Ace & Jig at Barneys Madison Ave

Dropped by Barneys on my way home on the pretense of returning something, and found a few Ace & Jig new arrivals that hadn't dropped online yet!

Ace & Jig Vista Top in Merry - Barneys XO! - XS

Merry is lovely in person. It's a bit sheer, but not insanely so. The embroidered details are very sweet, and though it looked very crayola in some of the online photos in my opinion, it was not at all juvenile-looking in person. After seeing this, I think I will definitely pick up a piece in it (probably the Teasdale). This is an XS and fits TTS. 

Ace & Jig Allovers in Carnival - XS

Carnival is pretty fun in person, I must say! While it's not my usual thing, it works nicely in the allovers, as the pants temper the sweetness of the rainbow swiss dots. I found this to run a bit on the small side, almost identically to Major. I had to do the wiggle to get my bottom in through the top, but it fit just fine afterward. Note: the belt is in reverse Carnival (without the tufts), which is a nice touch. This does NOT appear to be an XO, as it has a normal Ace & Jig tag. Would recommend sizing up if you're concerned about ease of dressing/undressing.
